Raid Window Scheduler (Rust)
Raid Window Scheduler
A fair daily raid window on one shared, DST-aware clock. Free, standalone, Carbon and Oxide.

Raid Window Scheduler limits base raiding to a daily window that is the same for everyone.
Outside the window, player-initiated damage to player-owned structures is scaled to zero. PvP, hunting, looting, NPCs, vehicles and un-owned event loot are never touched — only base raiding is gated. The window runs on one shared clock rather than a per-player offline timer, so every player can plan around the same hours, and there is no bypass to sell.
What it does
- A configurable daily window, single or per-day-of-week, including windows that cross midnight
- Timezone and DST aware via IANA zone ID, so it tracks daylight saving without intervention
- Chat warnings ahead of open and close (30, 10, 5 and 1 minute by default), open and close announcements, and an optional sound
- /raid and /raidtime for current status and the next change
- An optional on-screen countdown bar, with /raid hide and /raid show per player
- Owners and cupboard-authed teammates can always damage their own base
- Twig is always raidable, so throwaway builds are never protected
- Melee and fire gating are individually toggleable
- Apartment Complex break-ins are gated by the same window
- End-of-wipe purge: raiding opens 24/7 for a configurable period before each wipe, with an optional lead-in warning, so stockpiles get spent instead of sitting safe until the reset
Optional extras, all off by default
- Suspend structural decay while the window is closed, so offline players do not lose bases during safe hours
- Escalating strikes for players who keep hammering protected bases off-hours, with an optional currency penalty
- Discord webhook posts for the window and purge lifecycle
- A small hook API an event plugin can use to request a short, allow-only, auto-expiring exemption, so a sanctioned PvE event can damage a defender's own base without unlocking raiding server-wide
Built for operators
- State is derived from the clock rather than stored, so it stays correct across restarts, reloads and wipes
- No raiding-bypass permission exists. The window is identical for everyone, admins included. The only escape hatch is a config flag, off by default, for testing and moderation.
- No required dependencies. A currency plugin is only needed if you turn the penalty on.
